Effective Sep 16, 2024 – Jun 30, 2025
Silver Falls State Park campground and cabins 19, 21, 23 and 24 will be closed to replace the B-Loop restroom and to repave A-Loop. The closure begins Sept. 16, 2024 with a goal to reopen the campground in summer of 2025.
During the closure, all other park facilities will remain open, including all trails, trailheads, day-use areas, Smith Creek Village, South Falls Lodge and Cafe. Cabins 1-10 in the Cabin Loop will remain open for reservations as well.
Reservations for the Foothills and Davidson Ranch buildings are now being made through Smith Creek Village. Please call 866-575-8875 or visit https://www.smithcreekvillage.com for details.
Due to safety reasons and visitor conflicts, pets are not allowed on the Canyon Trail (also known as the Trail of Ten Falls) or inside facilities such as log cabins, lodges, or restrooms.
Extra Vehicles: Each campsite fee includes parking for one vehicle. Campers may have a total of two vehicles per site; extra vehicle is $7 per night. Alternative parking available only for 2nd vehicles that do not fit on parking pad. Additional vehicles will not be allowed in the park overnight.
