Microwave Fire Impact on Hood River to Mosier Section of State Trail: The trail is open, but there may be hazards such as rocks and fallen trees. Please stay on the trail and do not enter the burned area. Keep pets on a leash and out of the burned zone for safety.

Shelter reservation does NOT waive parking fee; each vehicle must display a valid day use pass or other OPRD accepted pass or permit.
No parking or leaving vehicles at the shelter site.
Reservations can be made for multiple days; however, day use hours will be applied to all reservations on a daily basis. Camping and overnight occupancy is not allowed at Benson State Park
Water is off and restrooms closed from Mid-November through Mid-March.
