Park is open for day-use and lake access year round. Campers must have valid camping pass clearly displayed in vehicle.
Camping Seasons
- Crooked River campground (E-loop):open March through October, campground is 1 mile from the lake.
- Deschutes campground (A, B, C-loops) and moorage slips: open mid-May through mid-September, campground is half mile from lake.
Same-day reservations are available at this park, please verify your dates prior to booking. Reservations for eligible campsites can be made up until 11:59pm of arrival day (exception: ADA site reservations can be booked only by calling (800)452-5687 or by registering at the park ranger entry station. Online cabin and yurt reservations can be made until 5:59 p.m. of arrival day. Please do not occupy a site without registering. Seasonal first come, first serve status and closures still apply at eligible parks.
Extra Vehicles: Each campsite fee includes parking for one vehicle. Campers may have a total of two vehicles per site; extra vehicle is $7 per night. Alternative parking available only for 2nd vehicles that do not fit on parking pad. Additional vehicles will not be allowed in the park overnight. Overflow parking is available for boat trailers that do not fit in the site or on the parking pad.
Pets must be physically restrained, meaning you must be holding them, holding onto their collar, or have them on a leash no longer than six feet. Pet Information:
