Tickets can be changed or cancelled online or by calling 800-452-5687 until the date of the tour as long as they haven't been printed or previewed. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations.

If your preferred date and time are sold out, you have another opportunity via the 7-day rolling window. The rolling window inventory online becomes available at 6 a.m. See the Oregon State Parks website for more information.

Tickets are for parking; tickets are per vehicle not per person.
